Not 13” actually 13.5”
Great product but not 13”. It’s the newer 13.5”. I recommend these rails but really wanted a 13” for my 13.7” build. These rails are proven and have worked great on two of my other builds. I continue to use them. Just wanted a short version to build my 13.7”

I will admit that the hand guard is nice and feels solid with no slop. The reason I gave this a 1 star because you have to buy geissele barrel nut wrench in order to install. Just Right
Slender but sturdy and feels good on my hand. This is my third one. If I need another hand guard it will be a Geissele.
Be careful tightening the titanium barrel nut. This is my third Geissele hand guard. I spalled the wrench holes on the first one even though I was using the Geissele brand wrench. Was still able to complete the install with a few taps from a rubber hammer.

For those of you that are more focused on the need to buy the barrel nut wrench then the actual product then you should rethink buying this handguard, you're buying the best and don't realize that $20 is irrelevant to your actual build, when you buy any of Geissele's products, you're buying their amazing and proven quality.

mk14 lightness
Lighter than the urgi mk16- main perk. Very good rail and solid attachment. Really wish geiselle would include a wrench- but I had one from previous installs

13.5 Geissele

Geissele products are the best in the game and this rail doesn't disappoint, beautiful anodizing and perfect fit. Pick this up for your next build you'll be glad you did.

Does NOT include barrel nut wrench
Extremely disappointed in the fact that geissele stopped including barrel nut wrenches years ago(confirmed with OP or directly with geissele, don’t recall). I wish I would’ve know before purchasing as it would’ve been a determining factor for buying. Instead it caused a huge inconvenience since I had to buy an additional tool that has been collecting dust for 2 years now and it would’ve costed me the same to ship back the handguard. Other than the additional expense and headache, this is actually one of the best hanguards I have ever come across. Extremely solid. Roughly 800 rounds later, it has not moved or loosened up. If you don’t mind the additional cost, this is an awesome handguard. Otherwise there are other alternatives either as good or similar for less. Lastly, no armorer’s wrench work with guissele barrel since it’s “proprietary”.

Tough as nails
I bought this rail because I wanted a 13.5” rail for my 14.5” pinned and welded barrel. This rail was more than I would usually spend, but after receiving it I can see why. It is clearly designed for durability in harsh conditions. Fit and finish are first rate, as would be expected. That being said, I don’t find it truly comfortable in my hand. I have only put about 400 rounds through this build, and it hasn’t caused any problems, but I think that I prefer the MI rails just a bit more. I am certain that I will grow used to the difference, and it is negligible, but it’s there. This rail is on my SHTF build because I do know that it will never let me down

Not 13 in.
The handguard is awesome. The Mlok section is silky smooth and skinny and feels real good in the hands. My only gripe is that the handguard is not 13 in. its 13.5 so buy accordingly when you are trying to get a barrel and muzzle break especially if your like me and your trying to install a suppressor on it as well. 14.5 may be a safe barrel length to go for for those that are interested in making the muzzle break and end of the handguard close as possible.

The very best
Pretty much the best you can get in an mlok rail. Solid, easy to install and looks great. These rails got the socom contract for a reason but good luck finding one in stock. If it is you should grab it.

Quality product
Very pleased with the fit and finish from the mk14. The quality is what you pay for and it is definitely here in this rail. Spend the money and rest assure it’s well worth. Comes with .750 super gas block, install tools and barrel nut.
