This is a solid rail. Easy installation, rock solid hold. No need to time the barrel but, which saves some time. quality handgaurd

I put this on a Aero precision M4E1 threaded upper reciever, easy install looks great and this thing is rock solid. The only thing I don’t like, is the fact you spend so much money on the handgaurd, and Giessele doesn’t include the barrel nut wrench, you have to purchase separately.

It’s Geissele and excellent

Used the Mk14 9.3” on my MK18 19.3” build and it is perfect. Make sure you’re using a mil spec upper receiver for the side set screw or you’ll need to modify and remove them. It’s also a smaller ID for the gas block so the JP adjustable I had hoped to run was a bit too big to fit but the aero adjustable fit well w no issues.

  • Smaller I.D. For gas blocks

  • any AR build

Quality but anodizing has dramatically changed with geissele. Normally these would be sold as blems.

seriously??!! a silver barrel nut?

Nice rail , light weight and all, but Geissele decided include a silver barrel nut…seriously ?! ..one of the m lok slot was cut way back and overlapping the barrel nut.. so the barrel nut is completely visible. All black anodized and an mlok slot has silver showing through!! It’s the details Geissele!

great rail

Excellent rail. Very high quality. Install was easy. I like that it comes with a low profile gas block as well. The gas block alone has close to a 50 dollar value. Geissele is the way to go. I have two of these and I’m very happy with them.

bomb proof rail.

Fit and finish is flawless. Still wish they provided the gas blocks at least with these. Diameter feels perfect sized compared to other hand guards on the market. DDC is a great color to choose. Anti roll pins don’t mar the finish of my build.
