Fit and finish issues

I was very surprised by how poorly this was put together. The muzzle device was not properly timed. The firing pin is oversized making it get stuck in the bolt. The handguard does not line up with the receiver. The charging handle does not lock into the slot on the receiver. I'm very surprised and disappointed in the build quality of an upper, especially at this price point.

GEISSELE UPPER

I got the Geissele 14.5" URGI upper from OP about 2 yrs ago. I've put about 6-7 thousand rounds through it so far. This thing is the best purchase I've ever made, period. It's just as accurate as my high end 16" guns out to about 400yds. It'll run anything. Runs amazing suppressed. Shoots very smoothly. Not 1 malfunction due to the upper. Customer service is top notch. After buying this, I will only buy Geissele when it comes to AR from now on.

You get what you pay for

Came as advertised with a reliability enhanced BCG, G marked gov profile barrel and nano coated 4 prong. Upper shoots 1.5 MOA 10 round groups with 77gr, super reliable and properly gassed. 1k rounds in and wear is unbelievable with these premium coatings on the hardware,cleaning is super easy too. Could not ask for more and could not be more pleased. For an all-in-one package upper, it's hard to beat for 1400 considering the quality parts used here.

Looks very promising so far

I received this promptly from Optics Planet. I have not shot this yet so this is all subjective observation. It is a very solidly built, well finished upper. It was a little more 'golden' in hue than I had expected. Not a negative. Well packaged. It came with a three wire braided spring and an H1 buffer. The spring was what I would have used if none came with it. The upper was well-oiled with some light viscosity oil. The charging handle looks decent. Until I actually shoot it, not much else to say but if there are any faults when I do shoot it I will make another post. That said, 9-Hole Reviews really seemed to like it.

Geisselle Upper

This is a thing of beauty, fit my lower palmetto like a glove. I read this upper is heavy, but i really didn't notice a difference between this and other uppers I,ve used. It feels solid, no rattling. Great quality, exactly as advertized.
