Dare I Say.. Better Option than a SRO?

Just as many of the other reviews state, this is a high-quality SRO clone that's loaded with great features. I'd argue this is better option that an SRO for a few reasons. first, the SRO is not designed to be a "battle-ready" optic, I have no doubt that it is, however if it's intended use is as a competition red dot, is it really worth paying hundreds of dollars more for the high-end name brand? The Gideon Omega is well worth trying if you're looking for a superb competition optic. Use the $ you save to upgrade your competition pistol in other ways. Or buy more ammo ;).

Great value and quality

Very nice optic. Clear crisp dot for my astigmatism. I purchased the 3moa green dot with a 45moa circle. It is very nice, however I wish I could switch between the two and not have to always have them both together.
I guess when it says Multi reticle it doesn’t necessarily mean multi choice.

Awesome value

Using as an offset 45 on an ar. Cant speak to the durability over time, but came dead nuts at 15y from factory and held zero over 400 rounds so far. That dot is crispy and the battery door is accessible from the top. Surprised at the build quality, glass clarity, and dot crispness for $200. Not sure how it would hold up on a reciprocating slide, but should be great for this application.

Good budget buy but far from amazing.

I went with the green dot to see if it made a difference with my astigmatism. I had lasik eye surgery a little less than 10 years ago and my astigmatism is still there although I do not need glasses. I wanted a budget option to trijicon. For the price I’d say it’s worth the money and so far so good. FOR ME dot indoors looks like several dots spread out with green line stringing from the center. Outdoors the dot actually looks pretty decent and I’m happy with it. Glass is clear and it feels durable/solid. You get what you pay for (sometimes) and I feel like this is a keeper. Would recommend trying red and green dots (if possible) to see if ones better than the other.

  • Not a true solution to astigmatism

Much better than I expected

Bought this little guy to toss on a Canik just for craps and chuckles but forgot that I didn’t have the adapter plate for its pattern. Because it came with a pic rail mount I was in for the bonus round! I had been wanting an optic to toss on my home defense shotty and this guy is a nice addition. No complaints whatsoever.
