It’s smooth, light, has a good snug fit. However, only have two issues: 1) The seated threading for the tightening bolts were not flush within the handrail. One is slightly protruding. 2) At no fault of OP, USPS lost my package in Dallas, TX and did not move from the facility for 3-4 days. Customer Service was very understanding. Though I did not get the phone call and/or email I was told I’d get, I did receive my order 2 days following the call.
Just right on my build
Used the 17” version with a 22” 6 ARC barrel and it came out sweet. Great bang for the buck. Fit over my low profile gas block fine.

didn’t fit
I tried this handguard on three different receivers would not match up on any of them very tight at the top did not like it. It was very nicely made looked great, but unfortunately did not fit. Maybe I got one that wasn’t machine right but I returned it.

seem to be very well-made, but it didn’t fit on three of my receivers I tried. I sent it back. It seemed to be a really nice receiver, though it might fit other people. I’m not sure if it did not fit. Any of mine didn’t match up at all.

Color is on-point. Nice and lightweight. Feels sturdy
Came with all Necessary items for a successful install. Feels good and lined up perfectly to my S & W MP-15. Make sure you have a good AR Tool handy for installation. Can't beat it for the price.

Grey ghost handguard
These are the very best handguards for ease of mounting work the barrel nut no shimmimg or messing around to get it lined up as far as looks I think its of of the nicest looking and the anidizing is a rich black over all I have these on most of my hunting rifles and they are as rugged as they are cool .
