Great safety w/overtravel limit screw
The design and finish are excellent. The edges are nicely rounded, but the shape still gives good purchase when operating the safety. The off-hand lever is short enough it is out of the way when on fire. The overtravel screw, per instructions, is not guaranteed to work with anything but a standard, 1-stage mil-spec trigger. I, however, have this in a lower with a LaRue MBT-2, and with a little grinding to shorten the set screw, I was able to use it to limit over travel for the MBT-2. Great 55 degree safety, one suggestion
I got 2 of these. One for a Griffin MK2 Ambi lower I have and another for a Foxtrot Mike AR9 build. The safety is well made and fits snugly, works very well as a 55 degree safety. The one suggestion is to offer a lower profile weak side safety as to not interfere with trigger finger. The weak side is shorter in length but it's the same thickness. I would have preferred if the weak side was thinner or tapered. Otherwise its a great set of Ambi safeties, especially for the money.
