Good quality with one big flaw
End plate is well machine and the qd works great. However, when I tried to stake it to the castle nut, the steel that it's made out of would not deform. Rugged. Solid. The two selling points for me was the thickness, almost twice as thick as a cheap one, and the tang being fully squared off. It fits perfectly snug in the key way. Finish looks great, just like the picture. Then again, my guns aren't safe queens that I shoot while holding out my pinky, so even if it looked like (insert non family friendly word here) I wouldn't care because it works.

Griffin QD end plate
Very nicely cut but the finish is terrible. So nice to look like blemished 2nd's. Other than trash finish it is nice. Will have to paint it with a can of spray paint just to look decent.

Nice anti rotation end plate
Great fit on an aero m4e1 lower. I ordered it for the anti rotation qd, and there is no play in the qd at all, works great. Nice looking logo

Really great QA endplate
I've started putting the Griffin Armament C2E Contour Connect End Plate on all my builds. It's a very solid connection with my sling, and Griffin Armament make high-quality products!

Almost perfect
This part is a great price and is executed nicely. I think they miss the mark by making it a phosphate finish instead of a melonite finish. It is dull and chalky looking. I have two and I’m going to cerakote them black just because I’m coating some other parts and these GA end plates will look a lot better IMO with a nicer finish. Beyond the finish, they look fantastic and are a great value for the money. If you don’t care about a chalky look, then this is your ticket.

VERY GOOD QUALITY
I Have used numerous brands of QD end plates and Griffin makes a very high quality unit that has not failed as some brands that I used did. The finish and machine work is very high quality. You cannot go wrong with the Griffen QD endplate

finish is rough and corroded
Finish does not look like the pic, seems like a billet part pictured, part received was flat finish and corroded? Sent GA email about it, waiting to see what they say. I guess I can sand it and oil it but is that necessary on a new part?

Quality all around
It's another quality Griffin accessory of which I own several.
This sturdy end plate is durable steel to the point that it may be hard to stake it -- if this is the case, consider stronger hammer blows or using thread locker on the castle nut. The finish was smooth on both of the two I purchased, and with the beveled edges, it's sleek and not likely to gouge a glove or the skin from an accidental strike on a edge.
Also, as with all Griffin products, it comes from a Veteran Owned, US-based small business.

Affordable QD Buffer Tube End Plate
Decided to have a QD mount for my Single-Point Sling and went with an End-Plate instead of buying a new stock. This is a simple solution at an affordable price. Solution construction and good quality. QD seems tight and not loose llike other cheaply made end-plates.
