I purchased the GA Suppressor Alignment Check Rod after my GA 30SD was released from BATFE jail, and am I ever glad I did.
The OEM muzzle brake on the Tavor 7 will accept the GA Gate-Lok system, so I mounted the suppressor and checked with the alignment rod. The rod was touching the inside of the bore on the can. No bueno.
Purchased a GA 30SD Flash Comp, installed it to Griffin’s specs, and checked alignment again. Perfect.
I was ready to take my new toys to the range, and almost didn’t check the alignment. That would have been a costly mistake.
Fit and finish are superb, as you’d expect from Griffin Armament. I highly recommend this item, and will be purchasing one in 5.56/.223 and one in 6.8/.277 soon.
