Most Helpful Negative Review Great idea
It's a great idea but the rods bend very easy on rifles with 18 in and less barrels unless you build a shelf to raise the rifles up. The velcro mat isn't big enough to cover a 24 gun safe shelve more then 2/3. Other than that install was easy and works great with my bolt action rifles and frees up...

The Gun Storage Solutions Rifle Rods are brilliant! They allow me to keep my long guns very close together in the safe, but still no touching or leaning on each other. These rifle rods are plastic, so there's no concern with them scratching the bore of a metal barrel.

Rifle holding rods for safe.

These rods hold the rifles vertical without touching each other. Keep them from touching and bumping scopes or scratching finishes. Freed up more space than I expected. Excellent design well executed by the manufacturer. Some say too expensive but quality materials were used and I think the cost was reasonable.

  • Good quality safe on rifle barrel
  • works well to organize and free up space.
Cons:
  • None
Best Used for:
  • Any gun safe made to store long guns.

Best purchase you can make to optimize gun safe organization. The rods are durable and hold my guns in place. I could have used a longer rod to hold my SBR in place. I would recommend this product over buying a new gun safe due to lack of gun storage space.

Great Space Saver

I was not sure if this was going to help save space, but after removing my safes center divider...wow, what a difference. not only can I fit more rifles, but they are easier to access! Also, the presentation of the rifles looks really cool.
