Most Helpful Negative Review Not an AR-10/LR 308 Buffer - actually an AR-15 A2 rifle buffer in disguise.
This is an AR-15 a rifle buffer being packaged as an AR-10/LR-308 buffer. Spring seems to be the right length and number of turns but the buffer is a full 6" long and too long to allow the BCG to engage the follower in the mag to hold the bolt open (308 buffer should be around 5.25" due to longer BCG) Also causes some flaky feeding at times. At first I thought it was a weight issue with the buffer until I realized that it was the same length as the A2 buffer I bought it to replace. Buffer too long

Same experience as the previous reviewer. Buffer is too long preventing the BCG from travelling back the required distance. Otherwise it is of expected quality for GUNTEC stuff, however like the previous reviewer I am out of my return date as I wanted on other parts for my build. Going with a JP captured like I should of in the first place.
