I tried calling and was on hild for almost 30 mins. Hold times were 1-10 mins. My very first order with optics planet and it went poorly. I did not know the product was a demo I was also un aware "final sale" means you're stuck with it no matter what! Product is listed as "EDEMO1 Used condition, LIKE NEW" so a just like brand new condition but previous owed or used item. It showed up with coating bubbling and peeling off. This is no where close to "Like new". The company selling the item won't honor the warranty because it was a used item and optics planets terms say I'm out of luck because it's as is even though it was FALSELY ADVERTISED as LIKE NEW. If it said coating peeling NOBODY WOULD BUY IT so I assume to lie was the next step in moving problem inventory. I really hope they see this and attempt to make it right. I don't even want a refund i just want a nicely coated, none peeling buffer tube kit.

Highly recommend! Look great on my sbr! Great price as well! Recently had to convert my pistol due to the 2023 tax stamp and did not want to get rid of the simplistic look. This buffer tube ended up being exactly what I was looking for without crazy length.

Upon receiving, I noticed before opening. The package condition of the item is been reused. Not new! They send me used, Damaged item. Looks like the item they send it to me already send it to someone and return it. Then, they ship & send it to someone again. It’s crazy!!! I’m disappointed! I won’t recommend this item. ���

I like this stock for its simplicity and it seems durable. I don't like the misleading info. On a postal scale everything in the package (stock, buttpad, etc) weighs in at 15.5 ounces. A little off is fine, thats 70% higher.

GUNTEC products are a really good value. Their minimalist stock is no exception. Fit and finish are really good, and it comes with a single point harness back plate. Optics Planet also packed well and shipped quickly. I would recommend this product as well as Optics Planet without hesitation.

I got this a while back and love it. I was doing a lightweight build and it fit the bill exactly. It is a bit short but I am pretty sure you can buy different recoil pads to adjust length of pull. It seems plenty sturdy and I would hesitate to use it to break a window or whatever you might need. Cheek weld is surprisingly easy to achieve and other than buffer twang it's my favorite ar.
