Excellent Gas Block
Goes in line with flat top Ar-15 and is super easy to install. I really like that is not overly big and bulky and goes great with magpul Hand Guards and mbus sights. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to swap out the front A post or any build.

Poor gas seal, reduced reliability
Bought this over the summer and finally was able to test it out on a couple builds.
Unfortunately, both rifle I tried to used this gas block on experienced weak cycling and repeated failures to eject or feed. The system was just not getting enough gas to cycle properly.

Back pressure issues
As another reviewer stated, there is an issue with back pressure when using this block. I attempted to solve the issue by using a combination of a lightweight buffer, reduced power recoil spring, and a Barking Spider muzzle device (krink device increases back pressure), the upper continued to fail to cycle, and sometimes even fail to eject.

Guntech Rail/Block
Fits as it should, no issues after appx 100 rds. I searched this for a 6.5 Grendel build with a Boyds wood stock. I wanted a lower rail for a bipod and a sling mount. Fit the bill 100% Arrived in a few days and test fit was good. After blasting prep and duracoat, the finish is awesome. If this fits your build you will be happy.

Great product for the price.
Very easy to install and the fit was great. Everything lined up perfectly. Installed the entire gas block in under 10 mins. Made of very light weight material. I would definitely recommend this product.

Off center pin hole.
The gas tube roll pin hole drilled to low, missed the hole in the tube. So instead of sending it back I egged the hole in the gas tube and now it works just great. Yea I know, now I need a new block and a new tube. Such is life on the poor farm.

Works as it should
Ive shot about 200 rounds with this gas block so far and it works as it should. Rail is perfect height for a BUS but I did have to sand down my magpul MOE handguard a bit to get the Magpul front bus to lay down properly. Happy with my purchase so far!

just what i needed
I was looking for a gas block with a lower rail. I found this one with a upper and lower rail. Now I can use a flip sight and carry strap. very happy with product and seller. I recommend this for anyone building or customizing there a/r. This matches with my uppers flat top.

I was very pleased with this gas block and it looks great
I was very happy with this vas’s block as soon as I opened it. The finish on it looks very good and the overall shape seemed more ascetically pleasing than most of the other gas boocks. It also fit perfectly onto my rifle. Once I got it in place it was easy to align correctly with the rest of the rifle (using a bubble level) it tightend down easily and quickly as well. The rails on it also easily accepted any of the quality stuff I locked into it. The only downside I feel it has is that it only has two tightening screws. I will be taking it to an armorer to drill pin holes in it to ensure a solid hold to the barrel. That was the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars.

Good Gasblock Option
This item was my first attempt at changing a gas lock. Great gas block, well made.
Item arrived when promised, came with the necessary Allen key. Although instructions would have been helpful, installation is pretty common sense.
This item is not only a good alternative is the mil-spec gasblock, but functional for mounting optional accessories in the future.

Extremely low quality
Cheap is all this gas block is, in every way. It's made of extremely soft aluminum. The gas port was improperly milled, it had metal shavings clogging the gas port and the set screws striped out. I mounted this to a barrel then welded the brake on. After the first trip to the range, the gun failed to cycle due to the poor quality. Ultimately, mine was cut off and replaced with a Yankee Hill Machine two piece setup. Save yourself the time and money.

Awesome look
Only downside to this was the lower rail was not rail height which i do think would look kind of funny however i wanted to move my laser to that rail and couldn’t because it was hitting my UTG PRO rail, angling it up and not securely bolting it down. So just moved it to the side and will now find a flashlight that will fit it. Looks great as it is and was pretty easy to install. (HIGHLY RECOMMEND using the right size punches to remove and install the gas block though, they were a B)
