Good mat for the price

This is a good cleaning mat. I like the brown color vs the black mats because the parts ar easy to spot. Minus a star due to after unrolling the mat the edges wouldn’t stay down I had to but some books on it for couple of days.

Does it’s job

I dig this mat it does everything you need it to, and it oooks cool. It’s got a slight padding to it. It also is non slip for the most part. I find myself looking at it when building my Ar’s just to make sure I’m doing something right. Things get confusing sometimes. It’s simple and works for my needs. I’m sure it would work for yours as well.

Decent AR size mat

This mat is long enough for an AR but is a bit thin. Still adequate with a soft rubber backing that easily rolls up to go in a range bag. It does take on a curl and took awhile to lay flat on my bench. I bought it on sale and was satisfied at that price.

  • Curls and takes awhile to lay flat

Guntec Gun mat

Nice mat, soft, helps keep your bench clean. Your gun wont get scratched and small loose parts wont bounce or roll much at all if any. The diagram helps you if new to an AR build. A must have for any gunsmith or cleaning job.

Nice and Big

This mat is great. Bigger than most and the tan color allows me to spot my black parts easily. The AR-15 breakdown graphic is easier to see on mat than in picture of mat. Covers a large area of my cleaning table.
