Works great does everything they say, it is a little complicated to set up but once it’s set it’s 100% worth it I have been using it with a 300blk subsonic loads and it’s been dead on out to 250 yards so far, it’s faster and easier than a cheat sheet can’t wait to set up with my other rifles and stretch it out to 1000 would buy again tomorrow if had to
Cons:
- $$$$$$$ and set up is complicated

I’ve been hearing about this range finder from my two sons and son n law which they all have one. We Elk and deer hunt together every year hunting out of state which means shooting at long distance. We also shoot long range out to 1300 yards with at said this range finder fits my needs as I have programed three rifles in it just range it and send it AWESOME

Still alot of testing to do, but have ranged to 1650 so far. Quick, great glass, seems to be worth the money. Has a very solid feel. Easy to setup for individual balistic profiles. I look forward to spending time at the range to actually test performance.

I have not used this rangefinder out at the range yet it does range to some amazingly long distances. I cant wait to hit the range with it to use the other features. It appears to be very well made. It is not overly big and is very light weight.
Pros:
- Nearly everything about it!
Cons:
- A bit pricey but it is a high quality rangefinder
- A little more magnification would be nice
Best Used for:
- hunting
- long range shooting

The G7 BR2500 came in a few weeks ago so I really haven't had time to play with it and work out any possible kinks. Went out last week to re-zero my 30-06 & 6.5 Creedmore, get accurate chronograph readings on MV's for both riffles and loads and enter that data into the G7. So far so good!
Zeroing both riffles at 330 yds and testing those zeros at 450 yds has given accurate bullet drops with the G7. Just wish it would read humidity to give a better picture of air density. Used my Weather Flow for wind and humidity. To give a full ballistic calculation it would also be nice to be able to add ammo temps as well. Some phone apps have this feature and have been very accurate on bullet drop and windage.
The point, for me, in purchasing this range finder was to eliminate the need for multiple devices to range and calculate drop and windage as well as a back up to my D.O.P.E cards. Just range, get hold overs, add in wind then shoot. K.I.S.S.
Now that I have the data entered into the G7 I will get a better feel for what it can do when I get some longer range shooting it. Curious to see how well it does at 800 - 1200yrds. Looking forward to it!
Pros:
- good optics
- Great feel and control
- Better ballistic calculations than other range finders
Cons:
- Expensive
- Does not read humidity
- For windage, outside culculations still need to be done for directional wind speeds based on the set speeds given in the G7

This LRF is lightweight durable extremely accurate and its multifunction variables for calculating shooting solutions are outstanding. This GunWerks LRF has the capabilities that create and produce an extremely precise accurate shooting solutions that can be stored to use at different ranges. This LRF is able to hold its own when comparing to almost any LRF that is available for purchase on the market today. Its definitely worth its weight in gold and I would recommend this GunWerks LRF to anyone from beginning shooters to the most professional precision marksman. This is one of those particular tools that you would add to your toolbox that only needs to purchase once in a lifetime. That is unless you somehow break it.
Pros:
- easy to use
- Rugged and reliable
- WORTH EVERY PENNY
- Outstanding Clarity
- extremely accurate
Cons:
- Only wish it calculated shooting solutions at further distances
Best Used for:
- Any type of shooting if preferred

This rangefinder appears to be excellent. I have had no trouble programing it. I have used it to range out to 1100+ yards with no problem. The only reason it is not five star is the two year warranty. I thought for the money it would have a longer warranty with it.

If you want to hit what you shoot at long range you need one of these. The quality from the rangefinder all the way down to the protective case and lanyard are what you would expect from Gunwerks. Programing the unit following the detailed instructions was easy. The units ability to hold the data for 5 separate rifle profiles and to switch quickly back and forth allows you to range for friends or to shoot multiple rifles during a single outing. After getting the unit I took it to the range with my son in law to gather the data we needed to program the br2500 for 3 different rifles two 6.5 Creedmoors and a 300 RUM using a chronograph and the temperature and barometric sensors built into the br2500. Our range only goes out to 300 yds so after obtaining our zeros and programming the 3 profiles from the data we gathered we headed up into the mountains to do some long range shooting. Using the br2500 to give us ranges and calls for wind and drop in moa we were able to consistently hit 6 to 12 inch rocks at ranges from 700 to 1000 yds. The data we were provided was spot on at all ranges despite the 1500 ft elevation change and shooting at various angles up and down hill. We are both now having custom yardage turrets made for our scopes. As soon as they are on I will change the ballistic solution readout on the unit to the adjusted yardage readout. The unit functioned flawlessly and had no problem ranging targets out to over 1500 yds. As long as you are diligent and precise in the d...

I bought this just brfor one of my grandsons elk hunt. The set up directions are not very clear, quiet frustrated I called gunwerks support. Even new for Ransom (the tech guy), he was able to get me through 2 of 5 rifle set ups. I then was able to do the next 3. Then out to the woods. At 500 yards the scope was right on. At 1400 yards the g7 does guit giving scope corrections. I did range trees out to over 2000 yards. My grandson put 1 bullet centered thru the lungs of an elk at 550 yards. I am looking forward to next year. I am very happy with this purchase.
Cons:
- With support it can be set up
