Great Product
Yes, it's expensive. Yes, there are other options on the market. Yes, you're buying the name. However, if you have the cheddar it's well worth it. I'm currently part of a multi-jurisdictional SWAT team that has a small budget. This means that we get issued sub standard gear...***coughs Condor coughs*** for our plate carriers. We are allowed to purchase whatever we please as long as it's in OD or Ranger Green. I purchased a TAG Banshee Plate carrier but was tired of running the piggy-back rifle/pistol mag pouches. Another Outstanding Haley Product
Simply outstanding. Well built, quality materials and design. Can’t go wrong with any of Haley’s products. I especially like the sturdy mag pouches and retaining system. The newer X back slings are duly adjustable and comfortable. I got multicam and am very pleased.

Haley Strategic D3CRX
I ordered this chest rig to have a light platform for carrying spare magazines and supplies. This harness is just what I needed. Have tried a few others and they always seemed a bit bulky, too much material and on a hot day I was drenched with them, the D3CRX is lightweight and allows plenty of breathing. Plus is that this will work with a plate carrier, if I ever get one. It is a bit smaller fitting than I was expecting, the shoulder straps have plenty of room for my 5'-9" 200 lb frame, but the waist strap seems little short would probably still work if I put on another 20 lbs after that there would be issues.

Keeping it "neat"
I ordered this chest rig to have a light, no-nonsense platform for carrying spare ammo and supplies. It accomplished this with quality construction and great adaptability when using with other systems if desired. The "X" in the designation refers to the harness system and the extra stability in a simplistic, functional design. I wanted something that would be applicable to potentially using with plate carriers and this design seamlessly does that. Great quality product, smaller overall package when compared to my Condor chest rig (another good product) and easily stowable for transport. All positives for my philosophy of use. For reference, I'm approximately 6'tall, 190# and this fits me very well, still with some room either direction for adjustment. If you are a really large individual this may not be the right fit. My Condor rig seems to have a wider size accommodation range.

Haley strategic chest rig
Good product ! Very high quality product highly recommend it. The fit is great an holds mags in place firmly yet easily removed when you need to access them. Doesn't seem to pinch or bind an the multicam I got has good detail to them
