I replaced a cheap CV Life bipod I had to just get the rifle assembled (completely custom 80% AR build)... I’ve read in many forums that Harris makes some of the best bipods in the market. After buying one, I’m surely not going to argue with them... I usually save my old parts for another build or to help a friend once I replace them. The CV Life bipod this Harris replaced, went in the trash. No regrets whatsoever...

Overall good bipod seems well made and sturdy. I placed it on a Aeros AR10 6.5 creedmoor. It is stiff pulling down, but works well for the money. I would not hesitate to buy again. I have not shot with it yet, but over all pleased with purchase.

My son in law recommended this make of bi-pod and for good reason. It is solidly built, works as advertised and is of very high quality. For my M-Lok hand guard I did need the Midwest Industries MWI M-Lok Bipod Adapter Black MI-MBP to mount the bi-pod. All of the information I needed was readily available on the Optics Planet site.
I am very happy with my purchase.
Pros:
- Light weight, sturdy, well built
Best Used for:
- I use it for bench shooting

I purchased the notch leg version by accident, having used previously the infinitely adjustable variety. I couldn't be happier for purchasing the wrong product. This version is far faster to deploy and adjust on uneven ground when hunting, and there is enough movement between the stock forend and the bipod that the distance between the notches is a non issue. I've been running Harris bipods for almost 20 years and they are one quality piece of kit that's worth paying that little bit extra for. Can't go wrong.

This bipod is by far the best on the market. Positive locking, stable, fast adjustments to height. Superb product that is easy to install on standard sling pins. This will make long range shooting much more accurate than any other add on you can buy.

In my research for rifle bipods the website that gave the most details of the Harris Engineering product was OpticsPlanet. The other websites I read were vague on the details of the bipod and which bipod would be best for my rifle and how I use my rifle. I chose the 9 to 13 " model because I target shoot at 100 yards at a bench in a sitting position at the range. The Harris Engineering bipod was very easy to install onto my Remington rifle with zero modifications/extra equipment needed. It is very sturdy and functions well. I used the bipod this past week and improved my accuracy on all three distances - 25, 50 , and 100 yards - of course, before I had the bipod I had to use the range's sand bags to function as the rifle rest. My rifle still fits in its rifle case (I have an inexpensive two rifle case, nothing fancy). Overall, the Harris bipod is a great addition to my rifle and I should have bought it two years ago.

Just what I expected. Awesome value and quality. OpticsPlanet provides me with everything I need and ships in a prompt manner. I will be returning to this website in the future. If you're looking for a bipod, look no further. A+++

Bipod is great, def gives you that needed shooting platform when nothing is available. The only downside is shot consistency; my sub .5moa rifle shot a 1.5" group of 5 at 100yds, which is still plenty acceptable in a pinch. Great contruction and ruggedness.
Pros: Portablility, Adaptability
Cons: Not the most accurate to shoot from
