Most Helpful Positive Review HAWKE SIDEWINDER 5-30X50 TMX RETICLE
Ok I would like to start out with the package arrived in 3 days boxed well as always from Optics planet . I had to get my hands on the 5x30x50 TMX FRONTIER to test. I just reviewed the 2.5x15 and was so impressed I needed to try this model . I unboxed the scope everything nicely protected well packaged . I was unsure with this model as parallax min goes to 30 yards unlike most all Hawke scopes go to 10 yards so this I needed to try out , I mounted it on a Air-Arms S-510 .22 caliber and then bore sighted . I noticed with all hawke scopes I have installed and its been over 30 now this scope...

Excellent pcp airgun scope

High quality product as usual from hawke. Lens clarity is exceptional with minimal chromatic aberration. The tmx reticle does not disappoint and is the foremost reason I bought this scope. The rubber magnification ring is fine but I much prefer specific markings, or patterned, over the "half blank" one used. The turetts move consistently although they don't sound a click which is ok. Parralax ring moves easily, which I prefer. Weight is very low for a scope of this mag. range

  • Long Range Accuracy

Crystal clear optics

The index matched lenses are as clear and sharp as scopes with ed glass. Very compact. Wide zoom range. Best scope for the money. I own 2. These ate installed on my FX streamline .22, and Savage B-Mag .17 WSM.

  • No exposed turrets or flip up lens covers
