Most Helpful Positive Review Great full feature scope with crystal clear optics
Purchased the Sidewinder ED 10-50x60 TMX scope for my new Air Arms S510 XS Ultimate Sporter PCP air rifle in .22 caliber. The TMX lighted reticle has tons of MIL dot hashes for dead on dime size groups with this rifle. The 1/4" MOA turrets are installed but you also receive the 1/8" MOA and 1/10 M...

Most Helpful Negative Review Sidewinder 10-50x60 tmx
Hi I have an Hawke sidewinder10-50x60 ED tmx with 1/8 MOA turrets put on a .22. My hole whole picture looks great but when I'm zero on 75m there is a slight cloud that shows at the bottom of the scope any reason why I've seen that the deeper your turret is turn for elevation your picture changes and...

Horrible optics

by Scott Alvarez, Verified Owner from FL, United States Written on September 4, 2018
Only power this is clear on is 10 power. At any kind of distance other than close when you try to zoom in it gets horrible! Do not waist your money on this scope! On 50x it looks like a cheap plastic kids scope looking through it

Scope #17370

by SonnyDe, from UT, United States Written on August 2, 2018
I have this scope mounted on a Springfield M1A going on two full seasons shooting with it; it has lived up to the punishment that an Auto delivers with no problems. Will be buying a second one for my .300 Win Mag. Highly recommend.
Pros:
  • Extremly well built.
Cons:
  • None as of yet!

Great scope, great price

by fred, from CA, United States Written on January 16, 2018
This is a nice scope. I use it with my high end pellet rifles. The glass is very good, the turrets are very good. It tracks perfectly. The TMX reticle is very good with looping trajectories of pellets. The Hawke chairgun pro Ballistics program works very well. The price from optics planet is very good.
Thank you, Fred.
Pros:
  • Good glass, turrets and accessories.
Cons:
  • None
Best Used for:
  • Long range shooting.

Very high end scope

by rh3583, from CA, United States Written on December 6, 2017
I was looking at NightForce scopes, but way out of my budget. Then I came across the Hawke ED, and thought I'd give it a try. This scope gives a surprisingly good picture, even at 50 magnification. It also gives a lot of elevation and windage adjustment. This scope is also warrantied for life. I believe it's the best value, highest power scope you can buy for the money, and I'm very happy with my purchase.
Pros:
  • High magnification
Cons:
  • None
Best Used for:
  • long range
