Solid rail , fits and works as it should. If you want a rail for your model X I definitely recommend this.

Perfect for my 44

Installation was super simple, remove factory screws, put rail on, put screws in, torque to spec. Mounted a tango MSR and hit the range. Mount held up perfectly fine even under recoil. Overall I'm happy with it, but a word to the wise, this mount has a bit of rise to it and needs to be taken into consideration when choosing rings.
