Just order it. It works with stock springs. All you need is a threaded barrel.

I had previously ordered a Strike Industries Quad V Compensator. It was a nightmare. The quality wasn't there. It didn't cycle properly without tuning a spring. I don't remember which spring worked, but even after I tuned it, one out of twenty rounds would stovepipe. I was going to cut a coil or two off, but I noticed the rounds were all over the place. A closer inspection of the target paper showed the problem. It was causing the projectile to tumble. I returned it and ordered the HC95 after an AI search on which compensators were the best for a Glock 19 G5. It was between this one and one other that isn't sold by optix planet.
I couldn't be happier. I shot 100 rounds through it this morning and didn't have a single issue. I used the stock recoil spring and all! The screws did come loose, so I put some blue locktite on them. Importantly, the design of the flares on it prevents the comp from backing off, so that's not something to worry about. Also, I didn't have to adjust my sight. The aim stayed true �. I'm keeping this one! Screw Strike Industries. I'll never buy one of their products again. I almost forgot; If you have a light attachment this compensator redirects the gas so your light stays clean!

Ran 115, 124, 124 +p 147+p, flat nose, HP's and fmj's with no malfunction of any kind on the g45. Various brands; blazer, Winchester, SB, underwood, hornady, speer, subsonic, sig..... no hiccups.
Very noticeable felt recpild reduction. I have another non compensated g45 and usimg tje same ammo- you can tell the difference right away.
I plan to add another one of these on my g34.5 soon. Highly recommend this comp.

The g45 this is mounted to is a bump-n-the-night gun, with a a scs holosun green dot, tritium irons, weighted mag plates and a streamlight tlr7x.(few internal part upgrades to go still).

The barrel was well made. Fit the slide with no problems. Compensator looks to be well made. Threaded onto the barrel with no problems. The only thing I might change is the set screws in the compensator that go against the barrel threads. There steel so I’m going to swap them out for brass to prevent damage to barrel threads. Have yet to shoot it. That’s the plan for the weekend.

I haven't had a chance to shoot it. But I really like the finish and fitment. It looks better installed than the others and it's a solid piece

My second HA compensator purchase. I already had the Walther PDP and loved the ease of install and performance. I purchased this for my G19x and easy install but a little different design since it was wings. Clean look but color is a little different but not bad at all. I’m going to the range next to put it the test.
