This PR-5 series optic has exceeded my expectations by far. Stunningly clear glass, super smooth throw on the magnification collar, and adjustment turrets have a solid positive click for each turn. The turrets are also oversized which I love, with a great knurled texture. I also really love the soft-touch pad for illumination instead of a traditional rheostat style wheel. Put this on a PRS rifle with a SPUHR mount, and have shot out to 800 Yards with it so far, field of view and overall clarity rival the Steiner on my other rifle (which cost almost 4x as much). FFP Reticle is fast and easy to read, plenty of information without feeling cluttered at full zoom, while also not "disappearing" at minimum like so many I have used. Parallax adjustment being on its own dedicated turret is also a great feature, with no risk of moving it accidentally while adjusting illumination (looking at you again, Steiner) Only real drawback I have in my use so far is that the turret ball of this scope is MASSIVE, which can definitely limit the brands/types of scope mounts that can be used with it. I'm running the SPUHR ISMS 48mm Height single piece, and the turret ball has only about 1/8th inch clearance between the rings, and any lower of a mount the ball would have bottomed out on the rail base. Besides this, if you are looking for a seriously solid piece of glass for a long range precision rifle, do yourself a favor and put this near the top of your list.
