I purchased this and a soft taco handcuff case for everyday patrol use. I purchased it to replace my department issued nylon double handcuff case. I will say it holds the cuffs securely. Not only that the kydex material is strong and durable. It does everything my last cuff case did better. I wear it on my duty belt on my rear left side. There are two problems I am routinely having. 1. The button keeps coming loose after tightening it (no matter how many times I retighten it.) I hit it on anything and it comes loose. 2. Every time I put my cuffs into it the case tightens my cuffs. Otherwise the case has been fine.

Excellent case.
Purchased to replace a soft open top pouch. This holds my S&W hinge cuffs securely. Have been wearing on a duty belt about a month on patrol and have had no issues with cuff coming out of case, even without retaining strap.
