First I want to start off with this med carrier itself is a 5 star, the only reason I put 3 stars for the pouch is not the taco pouch itself but the deployable content pouches that actually contain you med supplies, in the description it says you can deploy your IFAK/blowout kit ambidextrously and this is true the problem is that there are to separate content pouches so in order to deploy your whole kit you have to be able to reach both sides, now this wouldn’t be a problem if this wasn’t your personal IFAK but if your hit and laying down or sitting to deploy your kit and start accessing and t...

Tacos work great

Works fantastic. Deploys easy. Comfortable on the belt line. 10/10 would recommend. Just wish the pull tabs could allow for deployment from either direction. But otherwise I enjoy and I think anyone that buys will too

This pouch really amazed me how much medical gear you can fit in it. The quick deploy tourniquet compartments is an awesome feature. I suggest stowing those in the pouch first prior to inserting the sleds full of gear. Plan on spending some time getting this setup as you should being that its medical gear. Fits real well at 6oclock on belt.

HSGI M3T pouch

Great website to find the remaining Woodland Camo items from HSGI. After HSGI/Travis Haley releases the limited edition colors, the remaining leave their website and come over to Opticsplanet.com. The pouch came NEW in its original packaging. The pouch expands over twice its original size from the PALS webbing. Pack it full of medical items, including 2 CAT tourniquets.
