Excellent FCG upgrade
Excellent upgrade to your mil-spec trigger. I have recently installed this model on my carbine build. I also have the 24E model on my long gun. Both are excellent products. Depending on your intended use, I would recommend either. I chose this model for my build as it was less expensive (as my intended use is for plinking, fun and home defense, I did not want to break the bank). Simply put, I love the feel of this trigger. I am certainly no "trigger expert" and have limited experience using other brands. However, this model has excellent break (like snapping a candy cane), excellent reset char...

I bought another one!
I bought my first one for an AR10 build and it work's great, so I bought another one for an AR15 build I just finished. There's a little more slack in the beginning than I like, but it has a light pull and crisp release. I use the "Green" springs for a lighter pull. It's one of the best mid-priced triggers that I've found, and I recommend it to my friends.
Pros:
- Light pull and crisp release.
Cons:
- It has a little more slack to take up than I like.
Best Used for:
- Great target trigger.

Not expected
This is my 2nd one. I wanted a g.i. trigger with the "drop-in" feel, This is it. 2.7lbs-glass, crisp, short. No joke. I would suggest that after install "using just the lower" you pull the trigger while pulling out on the hammer, quite a few times. This will force Rub and Hone the sears together for a better mating. Will be crisper.
Pros:
- G.I. mechanics
Cons:
- ?
Best Used for:
- 15/10 platforms

Pros:
- light pull
- easy instructions
- Strong hammer strike
- Mil-spec reliability
Cons:
- None
Best Used for:
- Reliable upgrade with a strong hammer strike, lighter pull.

Hyperfire genesis
If you want a 2 pound trigger this is it. However it comes with a lot of creep. I wanted a trigger that was light and no creep for shooting my 6.5 grendel off the bench not a standing and blasting a magazine of ammo rapid fire.
Pros:
- Breaks at 2lbs
Cons:
- Lots of creep
Best Used for:
- Rapid shooting

Powpow911!!
Great trigger. This is my 2nd HIPERFIRE and it’s the only kind I’ll buy. It has a short pool, short return, easy break. Definitely the best trip ever used. Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

one sweet trigger
I installed the green springs 1st off hoping to be around 3lbs, after installing I checked it I’m getting between 2lb 11oz to 3lb 2oz I’m very much pleased now after replacing the mil spec trigger that I was getting between 7lb to 9lb pull with horrible grit and even worse over travel.

Hipertouch Genisys
This is a great trigger. I a bit of a pain to install the toggle springs but once done the trigger works flawlessly. I first installed it on my stripped lower and was getting a 1.5lb/2.5lb trigger pull. I pulled the trigger and looked it over and everything looked fine. After installing and removing three times I tried a different lower. With the new lower I got a 2lb/3lb trigger. Much better but still a little light for anything other than 3 gun comps or something. I assume my lowers are on the far end of spec which resulted in the lighter pulls (Spikes Tactical lowers). I installed a Geissele SSA in the same lowers and was also getting a 3 lb pull rather than the 4 plus they normally have. Trigger has run great with no issues since install.

Versatile and quality made
Very sweet trigger. Fast, no slop, low travel, quick reset. Three toggle springs assist in two ways: they relieve pressure on the sear and add strength to the hammer. So the pairing of the regular hammer spring to create a nominal 2, 3 and 4 pound pulls - but you know that by now. What you may not know is - that it works as advertised. It is a tad more trouble to install with the extra parts but not much.
Pros:
- Good Instructions
- no slop
- coil springs - variable trigger pull
- short pull
- fine finish on parts
Cons:
- tad pricey
- coil springs - sandy environments
Best Used for:
- 3-gun competition
- Range shooting
- varment shoots
