Hiviz Glock front sight
I have been using Hiviz front sights for over fifteen years. I really did not need this one but I wanted to see if the bar across the top would prevent some inadvertent damage that occasionally occurs to the fiber optic rod. I like the new design. I am also trying the over moulded design. Have them on six of my seven Glocks and now with spares. They are inexpensive and give those of us with diminished eyesight a little help in less than ideal shooting conditions.

The tennon stud doesn't enter the slide hole on the specified Glock types. The mold line is stepped up/down on the bottom. It might work if you use a plastic mallet, but I'm going to ask for a rerturn/refund for a manufacturer defect.

Quick Installation. Good alternative fiber optic sight to stock sight options
The sight was installed on a Glock 17 with Hi-Viz's sight tool. The sight is stable and functions well. Recommend using blue Loctite during installation as the instructions suggest. The sight picture is good and additional light tubes are provided in different colors. I did not install Hi-Viz rear sights and currently use the Glock stock rear sights with the Hi-Viz front sight. At some point, I will consider a blacked out serrated, metal rear sight to replace the stock Glock rear sight. I chose green for this application, but often use red for other pistols. Light transmission is good for daylight applications. It hinders a bit during nighttime applications (since it is not a night sight and I would not expect it to perform that way), but does catch light from flashlights and ambient light when available.

This sight works as advertised. Very easy to install. It is the same height as the factory sight. It comes with three different color inserts that are very easy to change out. Well worth the price. This will also fit any standard Glock slide .

Glock Fiber Optic Sight
Sight's fiber optic rod picks up light well. Works excellent against white or black targets, like steel plates. Easy to install by removing the front sight nut. You will need the glock sight tool.

Looking good
This sight worked as expected. It installed easily in about two minutes. I recommend buying the Glock sight wrench to make it easier otherwise it’s difficult to get in there. I have these on all my guns and it makes a world of difference.

Great sight
This sight is easy to install and works great. The sight easily replaces the Glock one front sight. I give it five stars and would buy it again without question. The price and the service from optics planet was great as usual.

Quick to install, very easy to change sight colors without damaging in case you decide to change again. I have bought these for several weapons and will continue to do so. The storage case is handy so you don't lose the extra color fiber optic inserts.

Front sight
This sight is so bright very happy with it, going to try to find rear sights to contrast it which would make for a great sight picture I wonder if they have real night sights which would give a good contrast because I haven't found night sights that really work that well yet the only ones I've seen the ones that come with the sick those are pretty pretty bright but I haven't been happy yet but any night sights that I bought haven't bought any from opticsplanet yet you're going to investigate and see how that turns out but for now I bought the red fiber optic front sight and it works well thanks

HiViz GL2014
This front sight really wakes up the sight picture on the Glock 42. Install was easy, but poor fit-up in index hole in slide, but a drop of locktite on install got it done, once you straighten it up , it will never move! Love it!

optic sight fits most glocks . easy to install ! Need proper tools - front sight removal tool from optics planet - glue hardener if desired for screws Different red green sights no problem to change on front sight - front sight easier to see ! recc. 4 to 5 stars rating .
