I have used Hogue on my hand guns but this is my first long arm application.I am happy with the decision. Nice stock, replaceable butt with an over molded cheek pad. I find it comfortable. No noises or rattles and a smooth operation during extension and retraction. Get one

Nice tight fit

This is one of the best stocks I’ve used. the buffer tube with butt stock combo it’s really tight there’s Very little wobble. One of my favorites. For the money I don’t think you could make a better purchase. I highly recommend it

Clean, comfortable, solid

Solid stock. Comfortable. Solid feel. Decent weight. Have no complaints at all. Would gladly use on my next build. If your in the market for a comfortable stock, give this one a shot. The pistol grip is also pretty slick.

No Surprises Here.

Typical Hogue quality. No glitches. Fits/works like a champ. Tape off the rubber bits and it takes DuraCoat like a champ. This is three for me and unless some looney makes all these things illegal, I will probably want more.

  • It doesn't yank my beard out like other brands do.

Fantastic!

Great tolerances, feels like good quality. Only thing i would change in length. I'm 6 foot an could use maybe an inch more to place my cheek properly. When installing everything was above expectation. i have not tested the buffer system that is included. im' sure it is great though.

Great ButtStock at a very nice price

Up to this point I liked Hogue for their grips... in fact the overmolded beavertail is my favorite grip! Now after taking my Hogue Overmolded Buttstock out of the box I have decided that I Love them! The stock is solid, looks great, feels great in your hands with that familiar feeling of finding an old friend. Its got a nice heft to it which feels right on my 16"carbine and 20" rifle. Its a bit too heavy for an AR pistol but that's not why I bought it. This is a better stock then the $200 models that I have tried and I recommend this to all. A big Thumbs Up!

Just what you would expect from a Hogue product

I placed this on a 300blk build I did. It fit and functioned as expected. Quality craftsmanship from a quality company. It's features are standard for a collapsible M4 style stock. Bonus, it is a USA made product!
