Great option for your M&P
I hate the M&P optics mounting system. It’s great that it allows multiple footprints, but plastic plates suck, and we’ve tried 2 different optics on the handgun and both have come loose after maybe 50-100 rounds. So this bend a direct mount, no plates, and it actually fits the entire profile of the optics cut, is literally perfect. I do wish the window was slightly larger, but overall I cannot complain. Holosun has been making fantastic optics for years and this is another.

Too Small for Duty
Three month review: Nice optic with a crisp green dot. I didn't have any charging issues. The auto-dimming works well indoors and even when using a weapon-mounted light. It's easy to install and appears to be robust. It sits low on a M&P, and my suppressor-height sights are appear too tall in the window.
The optic is compact, with small glass and a bulky shell. It would be perfect for off-duty or concealed carry. However, I would not recommend it for duty when there are larger and more practical optics out there for the money. I'll likely replace this optic with a larger one.

Quality optic
As far as I know there aren't any other options for the MP2.0 that are direct mount with the ability to cowitness with the factory sites. Since those are requirements for me on this particular setup it made the decision simple. That said the quality is what you would expect with a Holosun product and operation of the site is not overcomplicated. Would definitely recommend.

One of better optics I bought
I’m on the newbie side with optics but right away I was impressed by the simplicity of the optic, the green dot (HIGHLY RECOMMEND), and how it fit perfectly on my S&W MP 2.0 4”. Easy to adjust and much easier on the eye under bright sun conditions. Performed much better compared to 2 other very popular red dot brands.

It’s a Holosun, What More is there to Say
I was looking for a Red Dot Optic (preferably Holosun) that fit the slide of my Smith & Wesson 10mm without using an adapter plate. This optic was the only one and I’m extremely pleased that it is a Holosun. I have numerous optics on different firearms and prefer to stay with one manufacturer as much as possible. This optic fit the bill.

Perfect for my S&W M&P 2.0 9mm FDE !
Wish it had a replaceable battery, and shake-awake function , but it doesn’t. But it is the perfect fit to my M&P 2.0 9mm, and the iron sights are unobstructed, so I’ll take the good with the bad. The reticle options are pretty useful and the high/low options are nice too.

Good Site for the Price...
The Holosun SCS site mounted directly on my S&W M&P 2.0... Green dot is clear and comes with a minimal charge... Look forward to some range time with the new edition!
