A fun round to shoot

These rounds have decent power at close range and grouped the same as full power rounds at the close range that I tested them - 25 yards. The only down side is that they will not cycle the action on an AR , but I did not read anywhere that they were designed to . They sound great with a supressor .

Only buy these if you are young, or have a superior Rubber Stock butt Pad on your rifle! I'm 65 and love the quality of these .450s . The rifle loves these also.

Suppressed 450 BM Ammo

This seems to be a great option for a suppressed 450 Bushmaster. The 395 grain bullet should have enough no knock down power for ethical hunting. They are surprisingly accurate and with a good magazine and using a lower set up for subsonic use it runs great.

Consistency of shot pavement was great.

Hornady always has consistently shooting ammunition for shot placement and velocity. The subsonic works well suppressed I have only used this ammunition on the range so far but the expansion in ballistic gel I have seen are good.
