Best hearing protection I've ever used. Bought two pair. The headset performs two functions flawlessly. First, the earmuffs provide excellent hearing protection (NRR30) against harmful ambient noise levels such as shooting, car engines out on the race-track etc. Secondly, the headset electronically filters out and dampens harmful noise levels, while amplifying ambient environmental sound. There is an adjustment dial controlling the amplifiers. I Let my buddies demo these and they were blown away at how well they amplify sound. These work very well. There is a lot of adjustment. Only downside is that they are huge. I only have one other ear pro to compare. These work better, are a little heavier, but are much bigger.

Very good earmuffs
I am very pleased with these muffs. I have a partial hearing loss, and I am making every effort to protect the hearing I have left. These muffs definitely reduce noise more than any other ones I own. Some reviewers said they are a tight fit; however, I have a large head and they fit me fine.

Have going use them while in deer stand worked on flight line while serving my country ears already not in great shape but wearing these in stand not only protect my hearing but makes it so I can hear a deer walking near me

Awesome Hearing Pertection
I purchased the headphones for the gun range they keep noise down great. But what amazes me is my mother is 92 years old and hearing is terrible. She will not wear a hearing aid . I ask her to put my headphones on and turn on . Believe it or not I could speak at a regural talking voice level. And she hears me perfectly. I have been yelling for years when I talk to her. She’s not going to wear them but they do a great job with picking up the spoken word while shutting out the loud blast of my 308 with a muzzle brake. Buy them you will not be disappointed.

Good value
does the job as it states. clear voice heard by instructor, squelches the neighbor booths when they fire rounds, though after an hour they become a bit uncomfortable. Have used better but at a higher price of course.

Howard Leight Hearing protection earmuff
I use these at the range and they are very comfortable. They work very well as a hearing aid to voices and absolutely shut out even the loudest rifle shots. The only down side is that I can now hear the other range patrons yelling back and forth with each other

Nice headset
Helps allot for indoor range. My indoor range is small and has little sound barriers - so their is a large amount of echo specially if you get 3-4 shooters on range. These helped allot with the echo where other sets didn't work well and I ended up after shooting with a mild ring in my ears.

Great Hearing Protection
I have never had or used electronic ear protection but these do exactly as advertised and are great! I was a little skeptical they may not really keep out the loud noise at a gun range but they did the trick. I read a number of other good reviews of this produce before buying it and I am not disappointed.
