Very Suprised
It is very well made and well worth the price. I am very suprised how it changed my grip for the better.
finishing touch
Fit and finish is excellent. Installation was a breeze, i literally installed this in like 2 mins. Once secured with the screw and a little blue loctite it’s secure and locked in place with zero movement. This magwell ONLY WORKS WITH the factory 20rd mags, springer precision basepads, and Floyds customs basepads. NOT THE 17/15rd factory mags, you either need the 20rd or an aftermarket basepad for the 17/15rd mags. I absolutely love the finishing this magwell added to an already impressively looking grip module.

Magwell upgrade
Fits the springfield echelon icarus grip module like a glove,gives you a more sturdier grip and easy magazine swap.(keep in mind) will not work with standard magazines,only the 20 rd.

Poor design
The screw would not reach and appeared to not line up even if you had a longer screw. The unit left a large gap at the heal of the butt of the grip. I would not recommend.

Nice addition
Easy to install and a good fit. As stated on Icarus Precisions website this Mattel works with the OEM 20 round magazines. The 17 round OEM magazines don’t fit. 17 round magazines with a Floyd’s Custom base plate will fit though.

Icarus Magwell
Horrible product don’t fit had to return mine, screw is to short , Magwell didn’t have a proper fit . Don’t waste your money and time

15/17rd mags don’t fit
I have 15rd & 17rd magazines & this magwell won’t let them fit, but says it should? Really wanted to try shooting with this addition to the gun, might modify it so it accepts the mags, but for the price you think everything would function properly…
