Most Helpful Negative Review well made, but...
this latch does not replace latch lever on a standard charging handle. i tried it on several. it will technically fit and looks good, but will not be functional. if replaced, it will not open far enough to even engage the latch catch on the upper.

Weak and useless

Installed fine but snapped in half after only using the charging handle a few times. Now I am stuck with 2 more that are useless. I have one from another brand on a different build that works great. I just wish I could remember which brand because it is a cheap way to upgrade existing milspec charging handles that usually come with kits.

doesn't fit

I understood "over-sized" to be referring to the latch pull. Apparently it also means the width of where it inserts into the charging handle. Not a big deal, I guess that's just what I get for trying to be cheap.I may try grinding it to fit but am not counting on it.

Fit was good, works fine.

No issues yet, good price.

Finish was a little rough but still very close to most of my other parts. If you have a flat/dull/matte finish this will match up well. The semi-gloss or much smoother finishes will not match up well to this part.

weak construction and rough

The finish is a little rough. Installed OK. First range trip it snapped in half. Not sure why but this shouldnt happen on a non-reciprocating charging handle. Waited extra to get this on back order and now i have a broken piece of metal. Waste of time.
