Doesnt fit.

Not even close to fitting. Maybe i should have read the reviews before purchasing.
Tried on multiple uppers with no luck.
Sucks as it's wasted money. But it's not worth the time to send back. Buyers beware.

Looks really nice but does not fit properly it wont close on my aero precision upper or my stag arms i was really looking forward this dust cover for my custom ar build but didn't function at all

JE Machine LWDC

I recently have been on an AR building kick. I came across this slick little dust cover addition from JE Machine. It matches the killer milled design of my CMMG upper receiver. It is very lightweight, well made, and very easy to install. Now, with over 250 rounds through the gun, the product also holds up well.

QC issues between batches

The old ones with the silver pin were money. I've had over a dozen of these over the years and this new one did not fit anywhere close. Tried on several uppers... Aero, std milspec, psa, etc. And it did not fit enough to close. Bought for a custom build for someone else and it clicked in but damaged his upper since it was locked closed. This one is in the trash since it isn't worth sending back. Gave one off on old build and worked perfect.

  • Old ones are perfect fitment
Cons:
  • New ones possibly out of spec
Best Used for:
  • Landfill

Great AR15 Dust Cover

I wanted to try this dust cover on my latest AR build. In the past I always went with an aluminum dust cover and they really get beat up. I really like the design, looks great on my gun and installation was easy.
