Most Helpful Positive Review °45 offset irons
Bought a set for 2 different uppers. Switching from red dot to back up irons on the fly is quick. I really like them for the price. Heavy duty item. Easy to sight in and adjust. Easy to install. Like the 2 sizes peep.

Poorly Constructed and Polymer

by B34m3r300, Verified Owner from UT, United States Written on August 8, 2021
I mistakingy thought that these were made of aluminum, but the body is actually made of polymer. They would probably do the job of iron sights just fine. In my opinion a backup sight needs to be more robust than these and be garunteed to work in rough conditions when metal starts deforming and other stuff starts breaking. Also, these are very poorly made. The front sight detent is poorly positioned so it doesn't lock the sight post from rotating. Even when placed on the same rail right next to each other, the front and rear sights are horribly out of line with each other at mechanical zero. It's a shame because 45 degree offset sights are a fantastic idea! Spend the money and buy some better ones like Knights Armament. Ya, they're 10x the price, but you know that they will work when you need them to, which is after all, the purpose of a backup sight.
Pros:
  • Adjustable for windage and elevation
Cons:
  • Poorly constructed

Off set sights

by Happy, from FL, United States Written on December 28, 2020
My AR only had optics on flat rail so I needed offset sights incase they failed of battery. I did not feel the need for sights that folded down so these simple one worked fine. Since I would rather have more guns than a few with every expensive toy on them I choose these for price. They were easy to install and a good value for a reasonable price. I will buy again if I need arises.
Pros:
  • price and easy install
Cons:
  • None for me
Best Used for:
  • optics failure or quick close sudden target
Would recommend: Yes

Cheap, maybe usable

by HIKOCK95, Verified Owner from MI, United States Written on November 16, 2020
Seem effective-ish. Really low build quality. Any elevation on rear sight leads to significant wobbling. They're irons so not the most crucial thing. Definitely a, "you get what you pay for" situation.
Pros:
  • Inexpensive
Cons:
  • poor build quality
  • Cheap material
  • lacking durability
Best Used for:
  • temporary use

Better than expected

by Timothy, from VT, United States Written on September 29, 2020
I wasn't sure if I'd like offset sights so the price was right for an experiment. They were easy to zero and have held zero. The real test will be this deer season when it's below freezing and I smack them off a tree. I will update my review in December.

Not that great

by Norm, from WI, United States Written on August 23, 2020
Polymer offset sights. Installed and fit ok but when zeroing I had the rear sight all the way to the right and I still needed to go further for round to hit paper. Also front adjustment post was very difficult to move up or down. Will be looking for a different set.
