Love this spring. - JP Enterprises Silent Captured Buffer Spring, .223 With Weights

This spring is a lot smoother than the original spring. Easy to install. Just make sure you don't install it backward. Look at the picture and read the instructions. Reduces vibration and noise.
I'll know more when my supressor finally makes its way here through all the ATF red tape. It does add a little more weight though.
