Drill bit ?? - KAK .750 Multi Position Dimple Drill Jig

Take your time, think about it. Take the screws from your gas block and screw them into the jig loosely. Then match up the correct size on the jig. Make sure they face the correct way. The drill bit provided didn’t make a dent in my barrel. Someone said to use a Dremel to break through the surface of the barrel or use a file to scratch the barrel, then the drill bit worked. I didn’t know the barrels were that strong, good to know. I used Dr Mel on one and file on my other, both worked. This is a must in my opinion because the barrel is so tough the set screws have a hard time doing the job without the dimple. Used a drop of Rocksett. Brownells guys said locktite is only good too 300 degrees and that’s not good enough. Just following their advice.
