My 9mm AR pistol needed to be timed better than the 8 oz buffer. The bolt I chose was a little lighter than a previous build so I went with this buffer. An excellent choice. Flawless 8" 9mm build AR. Recoil reduced and accuracy improved. I recommend this product for this purpose.
