Fits like a glove
I started with the Volquartsen extended charger handle and after bruising my knuckles for a few minutes, I realized that it didn’t actually fit into the bolt. This one is great quality and fits perfectly.
Good quality but..
The KIDD charging handle and Bolt are on spec to work together in a KIDD 10/22 receiver. If you are using any other brand 10/22 receiver you can use one of these; either the charging handle or the Bolt but not both. I tried using both the charging handle and Bolt in a BRO-22 receiver, they would not fit. Then I got a Tamdemkross changing handle and it all fit together fine.

longer charging handle
As advertised, good quality. Handle could be 1/4" longer would be a better deal. i like the 3 spring choices.

Awesome product
This is a nice upgrade for any 10/22. It feels very smooth and easy to operate. I do wish the spring was captured for easy installation but otherwise no issues.

Adjustable spring weight
I bought this because I wanted a lighter spring weight on my charging handle. I thought it might help with cycling reliably. This comes with three springs of different weights so I'm running it with the lightest one and it seems like my 10/22 is cycling more reliably. However, the spring has no retainer on the charging handle, which makes it a little harder to install and remove so I'm only giving it 4 stars because I think it could be improved

Attention Ruger 10/22 fans! I have been upgrading my Ruger 10/22, predominately with parts & accessories bought here. Parts prone to wear have been my primary objective. I have purchased Kidd products in this endeavor & found their parts to be finely machined, quality replacements I prefer over factory parts. This kit comes with a Silver Bolt handle, new guide rod, & three recoil springs! Looked to me like one of the better buys for the money & I am not disappointed in my decision.

Hello Ruger 10/22 fans, upgrading my 10/22 mandated a recoil spring, this kit comes with three, as well as the guide rod, & a nicely machined silver bolt handle. Like all the products from Kidd I've installed thus far, these were easy to install, look & function great!
