Most Helpful Positive Review Very nice optic
I purchased this for my wifes AR build and was a little skeptical about the scope based on it's price but I am impressed. I have a Vortex 3x prismatic scope on my AR to compare and I would be inclined to save money and purchased one of these instead. The reticle is etched on the glass like the Vorte...

Most Helpful Negative Review Not Impressed
After reading a few positive reviews, I figured I'd give it a shot. The field of view is exceptionally narrow and the cross-hair is tiny. The hash marks are barely spaced and the range numbers are all but illegible. I have a cheap chineese airsoft scope that has the same reticle with a wider field o...

Great Scope

by John, from IN, United States Written on February 6, 2017
I purchased this scope from DVOR when they were running a special in January. Mounted it to my Arsenal AK SLR-107-FR and easily got a good 100 yard zero. Then took it out to 200, 300, and 400 yards shooting steel plates. It suffices for my needs and the price I paid was right.
I also have a Vortex 3x Spitfire and while the quality, and price, of the Spitfire is above that of the Konus but in the end they both accomplish the same result which is getting your round down range and on target.
If you are on a budget and looking for a prismatic scope with magnification you can't go wrong with the Konus.
I would have given this scope five stars except that the windage and elevation directionals are the opposite of what they should be. i've ran across this with other imports but as long as you know this before you drive yourself nuts trying to figure it out it isn't that great of an issue but an issue nevertheless.

Awesome scope for tactical weapon systems.

Nice scope. The elevation/windage decals are in reverse order i.e., "Up is really Down and "L" is actually Right. Once I figured this out it was easy to zero-in at 50 yards. The scope is rock solid, almost over-engineered. I'm using it on a SBR, PS90. Love the low profile design, long eye relief, wide field-of-view, illumination options for low light conditions, and above average optical resolution. I would like to see this scope in a 5x power.

Would have given 5 stars if it wasn't made in Communist (P.R.C.)

by Uup115, from FL, United States Written on May 16, 2015
I bought this scope because of the its low profile, elegant design, 3x magnification, compact size, and lifetime replacement warranty. It held its zero at the range, and was easy to install. Can focus from 10 ft. out to infinity. Love the compact size and light weight. The optics are okay. If this were actually made in Italy an exported to Miami, I would have paid $400.00 for the scope. Please honor your Italian heritage and stop using cheap, Communist, slave labor.
Pros:
  • design, compact, low profile, 3x mag, warranty
Cons:
  • Made in the P.R.C.
Best Used for:
  • Tactical weapon systems
