Most Helpful Positive Review High-end Scope at Budget Price
Picked this scope up for my .308 and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the optics. No distortion, edge to edge, of any sort. At full 25x zoom I can see that the sight picture has lost a very small amount of brightness, but the amount is so small as to not be easily noticed. Good light ...

Most Helpful Negative Review Great scope if you get a good one
These scopes are great if you get a good one. With that being said it is very difficult. I sent my first scope back after 2 trips to the range. It developed grease spots inside the glass presumably assembly lube. The second scope made it 2 months but then the cross hairs shifted inside the tube and ...

Really nice scope on a budget

by More Ammo, Verified Owner from WA, United States Written on December 2, 2019
I own several Konus scopes. Bought this one for a precision LR-308. The glass is clear, adjustment is easy, the parallax works very well, and it's an overall great scope that can handle a .308 frame. I mounted this in a Burris PEPR QD scope mount. It was a one shot zero, and holds zero with no worries. Even if I remove the scope and mount with the QD from the rails, it's stay on zero after I put it back in place.

I had an issue with one of my other Konus scopes that required me to send it back to Konus. I had a new scope in my hands in about a week at no cost. Customer service is fantastic, and the warranty is unbeatable.

I'm so impressed that I'm in the process of changing all my scopes out to Konus scopes.
Pros:
  • clear glass
  • Easy adjustment
  • Holds zero
  • great warranty service
Cons:
  • none so far
Best Used for:
  • Hunting & target

Dime size group

by GSD2, from NC, United States Written on July 12, 2017
Shot a dime size group with this today. Other groups were good. Optics were clear. One thin is to make sure your eye re-leaf is correct. I like the fact that it is a good price point for what you get.

Very good glass for the price.

by Chris Pratz, from NC, United States Written on May 9, 2016
The optics are much clearer than I expected for a scope in this price range even at full zoom. Does not compare to a Night Force but for the fraction of the price it is a great scope for target practice/non-critical hunting.
Pros:
  • Optics clear enough for my use
Cons:
  • larger than expected
Best Used for:
  • target practice

Konus 6.5-25x44mm scope

by Michael Mercer, Verified Owner from VA, United States Written on February 23, 2015
The scope is everything as described and includes a sun shade, my only complaint is that the reticle is a little too thin for my eyes. However, with the lighted reticle I can see just fine. It is mounted on a Remington 700 VTR in cal. 5.56/.223. I have not been to the range yet but will update this review by next week.
Pros:
  • Lighted reticle
  • sun shade
  • built in level
  • easy to use adjustments
Cons:
  • very thin reticle
Best Used for:
  • varmit shooting
  • target shooting 300+ yards

Great Scope

by Rugergundog, from MI, United States Written on January 13, 2015
I have had this scope on a Remington 700 .308 for awhile now. Works great! No issues at all. Works so good i ordered up another in smaller objective. Like it so much i intend to outfit all my rifles with this model.

Only issue i can find is the bubble level inside is hard to see...not an issue i really don't use it anyhow.

Tons of features on this scope not found on scopes 3x the price.

Great Scope

by bull, from VA, United States Written on October 4, 2014
I was stationed in Germany For 8 years and had the luck to actually get to hunt with the Germany Forestry for 7 of those 8 years. I saw all types of scopes from the most expensive German scopes made to the Japanese 50mm Tasco that was widely used by the Europeans that were not well to do. I saw many of the Konus scopes and used a few and found that they were really well made and were on par with all the high priced scopes on light gathering at night, which hunting is allowed 24/7 over there since everything is owned by the government or tightly controlled and you have no problem with "wanders" in the woods. I have killed many of the Red Deer and wild pigs at night with these scopes and really like them. They have lasted a long time with alot of hunts and always were right on the target when needed. I actually had the choice between this scope and a Zeiss scope of around the same power and exit diameter and I chose the Konus and it has never let me down.I would recommend their scopes and this scope in particular to anyone who want a quality scope that would always be there when you needed it.
Best Used for:
  • great for Hunting or target

KonusPro M30 6.5X-25X44

by Legacy Reviewer, from WA, United States Written on October 27, 2013
I ordered this item due to the description and the value, thinking of saving money while using a product with great reviews by what it seems to be quite a bit of satisfied customers.
The vendor is famous for good customer service and fast shipping of their line of products. I received my KonusPro M30 6.5X-25X44 four days after purchase, and I could not contain myself from wondering what I could get: a nice working scope, or a disappointment.
I opened the box, and I was impressed just by the look of the scope, and the features it comes equipped with. I am not a long distance shooter by any means, but I do shoot quite a bit on a 300 meters qualification range with iron sights, and I want to be able to use my personal Remington 700 chambered in .243 Win to hit a target on or around the 500 meter mark. I mounted the scope by myself, using Warne steel rings. They were a little more expensive than what I wanted to expend, but I am satisfied with their performance as well.
Well, what do you know! Yesterday I went to the local 100 meter range, just down the road from my house, and I did get on paper real fast, but because I followed the directions on the box, I had to use 7 rounds to get on the bulls eye. The scope has the features to adjust the clarity on the scope good enough to read what is printed on the targets at 100 meters, and I do not have to use a spotter scope to see where the rounds went. I zeroed the scope on a target at 25 meters, and this will enable me to engage...
