Not worth thr price
If you can mount something that does not have to be thin and flat pick something else. Always on flicker mode also. Not well made. Battery housing comes loose. On off switch loose. A bump can cause it to come on.
Pros:
- Flat thin
Cons:
- Cheaply made
Best Used for:
- Do not bet your life on it

Spot on, compact, durable
This railed laser is a nice addition to any build and offers hip fire when adjusted correctly. Used this while waiting for iron sights to come in and found that do not even need the iron sights anymore although still a necessity. Like the strobe option for close quarter and the steady for stealth. I would recommend this due to its price point and versatility. Gave four stars due to the fact that would like to see a longer pressure switch included so user can decide which to use.
Pros:
- durable
- Versatile
- Adjustability
Cons:
- All plastic
- short pressure switch
Best Used for:
- target
- Tactical
- Prepper

Works as promissed
Good sight for the money. Easy to install on my AR rail, I haven't installed the pressure pad yet. It's plastic and very lite which is a plus, but also doesn't feel very durable. Other reviews claim it is durable, so time will tell. Very easy to operate and zero. They provide a little allen wrench that you can insert and twist in either direction for both elevation and windage. Only down side is that the battery went dead after three outings. I'm hoping it was an old battery vs. the unit being a battery hog.
Pros:
- Lite, easy to install/use
Cons:
- battery didn't last long

Small and flexible
I purchased this laser for several of my rifles. The smaller size will even work with my PDW AR-15. I'm just using the built-in push button, but the remote on off option will work on some of my longer ARs and my Mini-14 Tactical. The red laser is "ok", wished it were green, but when acquiring targets within 20 yards, no complaints. One of the techniques that I had heard about and wanted to try was not having to use the sights to hit my "minute of torso" this allows me to maintain better visibility on both sides without having to focus to so intently on the front sight. Glad I purchased this!
Pros:
- Easy to install and activate
Cons:
- red laser instead of green
Best Used for:
- long rifles and PDW

Read instructions before posting negative reviews
I have this mounted on a 45° offset in an A.R. 15. It works quite well in the variety of cord covers gives variable options to mount it. I have it cited in at 100 yards which is still visible in daylight through my three power optic. Regarding some negative reviews: 1. The person who questioned the durability because the laser would either stay on or start to blank, read the manual. You can alternate the setting between study and rapid blinking by manipulating the pressure pad. Study can be nice but the wrap and winking can allow for faster acquisition a greater distances. 2. As to the screws, you do need to be gentle when installing this however with the correct size screwdriver it can be done easily. A little releasable Loctite can also aid in keeping the screws in place between battery changes. Overall this is a great unit and laser max stands behind their products, so customer service is very good.

Watch Out for the Quality
This laser has a bright green line that can be easily seen. My only problem with it is how pressure pad unit attaches to the actual laser system. You have to tighten 4 screws tightly but not too tightly or else the unit will either break or not work. I've had the unit shut off a couple of times while using it because the screws loosened themselves up. For the price, I don't know if I would but the pressure pad extension again.
Best Used for:
- Close in shooting 50 to 75 meters

Great Product
Very impressed. A lot of features in a tiny package. Excellent quality and installed with ease. Easily change from pulse to steady on with included pressure switch. This is all you need to add a fully functional aiming system to your platform. I added to an AR pistol as a secondary to my red dot for ultimate flexibility depending on the situation. I will be getting more of these!

Lasermax Laser
This piece takes up very limited space and has proven to be durable as long as I've had it. Easy to add onto any gun with a great beam at a fair price. This product is easy to sight in as well and accurate as well, I would recommend this to someone who's interesting in a laser sight without spending a ton of money.

Precise bright dot from compact package
I looked for a long to find a laser this powerful and compact. Takes up very little space on my Ruger 556 takedown AR.
I have it mounted on on a short rail as far forward as possible, opposite the sure fire flashlight.
