Waist money/time. - Leapers UTG Combat Tactical W/E Adjustable Red Laser w/Rings

***ATTENTION*** This rating is for the UTG/Leapers combat tactical red laser scp-ls268, Not Optics Planet! I have absolutely no problem with Optics Planet and their service, I am a happy customer and will continue to use them. Ok, I was skeptical about this laser in the first place simply because the price and the screws, they didn't look sturdy enough to me, Well, when your in a hurry and excited to finish your build and you don't read enough of the reviews, namely the not so good ones, you get what you pay for. Anyway, I mounted it on my wife's ar15 5.56/223, used a laser bore siter for the scope, iron sites and the laser. I've had very good luck with this system, the scope and iron sites were on paper at 25 yards, shot about 100 rounds before I decided to try the laser and dial it in. when I turned it on it was not even on the target, I had to aim it at the side of my shop to find it and after several frustrating minutes and finding the adjustment screws very loose, one of which was about to fall out, I got it close enough to try shooting it, Big Fat Failure! Racking a round would move the dot. I use other UTG/Leapers products and have had very little problems, if any. So this review is not to bash UTG/Leapers, I reached out to them on their website via e-mail and haven't heard anything back as of 4 days ago, so I'm not going to hold my breath on this one, just going to chalk it up as lesson learned. In my opinion, this product should not be used with anything with recoil, might be alright on a bb gun.
