It only took two minutes to find a significant flaw with the unit. I encountered no problem getting the quick action on/off end cap to fully thread. I did not have such luck with the end cap for pressure switch. The pressure switch end cap would only thread properly halfway. Did not want to force the cap any tighter in order to prevent stripping after multiple attempts. As with other reviews concerning no red dot in sunlight, I too had issue with no red dot and minimal dot in the shade at seven yards. The weight and size of unit made for a weak laser unit. In a dark environment, it is decent. I will be returning the unit and hopefully the next one that arrives will not have the same issue. I bought two because they were on sale and no sales tax.

I have absolutely no problem with Optics Planet and their service, I am a happy customer and will continue to use them. Ok, I was skeptical about this laser in the first place simply because the price and the screws, they didn't look sturdy enough to me, Well, when your in a hurry and excited to finish your build and you don't read enough of the reviews, namely the not so good ones, you get what you pay for. Anyway, I mounted it on my wife's ar15 5.56/223, used a laser bore siter for the scope, iron sites and the laser. I've had very good luck with this system, the scope and iron sites were on paper at 25 yards, shot about 100 rounds before I decided to try the laser and dial it in. when I turned it on it was not even on the target, I had to aim it at the side of my shop to find it and after several frustrating minutes and finding the adjustment screws very loose, one of which was about to fall out, I got it close enough to try shooting it, Big Fat Failure! Racking a round would move the dot. I use other UTG/Leapers products and have had very little problems, if any. So this review is not to bash UTG/Leapers, I reached out to them on their website via e-mail and haven't heard anything back as of 4 days ago, so I'm not going to hold my breath on this one, just going to chalk it up as lesson learned. Great little red laser. I plan to buy more of them.

Just got it and way better so far than the last one I got that didn’t like my S&W M&P M2.0 10MM Yeah it’s cheap but seems way better than the actual cheap ones I seen

I sighted in my rifle with my scope and adjusted my UTG laser sight to match at 25 yds. Everytime I fired the rifle I could see that the laser sight jumped around significantly in random directions. The laser sight itself was attached firmly, stable and not turning... probably something loose internally. Wasted money. Useless for trying to be even close to accurate. I'm extremely disappointed. I will be very careful when purchasing my next laser sight which will NOT be UTG brand.

This is actually are pretty powerful. I use to buy the cheap ones on Amazon. Not anymore I highly recommend it worth it there durable and Powerful. I shopped around looked at video reviews these are the best at a awesome price.

Bought it for a M&P 15-22.

I have no more to say but must use 200 characters so im just typing stupid shoot at this point.

I purchased this unit in March of this year. Only three trips to the range (fired less than 100 rounds)and it stopped working. And this was not on some high-powered weapon, but on a 9mm carbine.

I contacted the company, explained the problem and they responded fairly quickly. I was instructed to return the product to them. I did so.....back in July and have sent numerous follow-up emails but NO ANSWERS.

Pathetic Customer Service. Refuse to honor their warranty.

DO NOT TRUST THEM.

This laser comes nicely packaged in a box complete with batteries, Allen wrench, a pressure switch with cable & end cap, push button end cap, and a nice mounting rail. Great quality, seriously for the money these are awesome. I grabbed my 3rd & 4th one today..
