Most Helpful Negative Review Ok, but not good enough
I bought this scope to see if it would be good enough at the lower price point compared to what I usually get. I did not mount the scope and test it for function, having decided to return it instead. On the Plus side: The controls work as they should... smooth and reasonably of quality construction....

UTG 8-32X56 RIFLE SCOPE

This UTG 8-32x56 Rifle Scope is made in the USA. Scope mounts were easy to install and mount to the rifle. The optics are clear and mill dots are easy to read. Viewing optics are clear all the way to 32x with minimal edge distortion. The Scope performs as quality product it is. Used this scope at 600 yards and after sighting in was getting a good grouping with the 308 rifle it was attached to.

magnification issues

I bought this scope for its 32 power magnification properties, sadly, it will not focus above the 24 power setting. It is a good scope below this setting. I don't know if is just this scope or if they all have this particular problem.

Nice scope for the money

I put this on my air rifle for the 40 yard and farther shots.
I like everything about it.. First time buying a scope that is 200 or above.
I can see why it cost more.... works much much better than those 99 dollars scopes.
For my eyes the etched Mil-dot is a little to fine and I really have to look to see the dots .. but my sight is not good.
I could do without the 36 color , its cool and all... but I take batteries out and not use it.
If you want a good scope, get this one... Not my first Leapers UTG and not my last.
I am going to purchase another one of these in very near future...

Very Nice Scope, a lot for your money

I decided to add this to my Benjamin Marauder air rifle for my longer range shooting.
The image is very clear and focuses very well. Very well built...
and will purchase another to put on my 25 caliber Marauder.
Could do without the 36 color but oh well...
I am very very happy with this scope.... I have a number of lower power Leaper UTG scopes and all are high quality...

Awesome scope!

Excellent quality - good clarity all the way up to full 32x power (could be a little better though after 30, but still great). I especially love the fact that - at least for mine - it was a 1/2 mil-dot reticle. Just make sure to not put the batteries in backwards.
It's definitely big - I got it for my Hatsan 135 Air Rifle (a big, powerful gas spring rifle) and this scope still "steals the thunder" and is the first thing noticed. It's huge, but awesome. I especially love the purple (almost ultraviolet) reticle setting.

  • Clear, bright optics
  • Great color range, 1/2 mil-dot, comes with flip-open caps that get the job done
Cons:
  • None
Best Used for:
  • Hunting, and whatever else you can think of that needs a powerful, high-quality scope.

good buy

very clear at 32x easy to adjust with wheel. shooting my mrod 80yards hit at the same milldot third holdover. its worth the price lifetime warranty. it hold a zero with my mrod dont need to adjust the following week.
Pros: very clear and true32x
Cons: nothing
