Purchased this for a rifle to complement pull-up sights. Wanted something in a lower price range but still did the job. Red/green dots are visible during day time. Quick detachment makes it easy to attach to the rail
Pros:
- Price
- bright light
- Easy Mount

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the product given the low price-point. I would recommend for relatively stationary range use as I connect confirm the sturdiness "in the field." That said, it does it's job. The green and red dot options is a nice option.

Ordered this last October for my second AR. This one was a bit of an upgrade from my other UTG sight and I am glad that I purchased it. I like that you can change the intensity of the red/green dot based on the lighting environment around you. Easy to sight in and the mount locks in tight. I have not had any issues with this sight.

My first review came after just 1 outing with this sight. Was pretty easy to get sighted in and fired only about 20 rounds as I had my family out as well and had to keep eyes on them. Bought a second unit just last week for another
build and expected the same results. Well not so fast. After 30+ rounds sighting in I gave up trying to get it to zero. It was all over the target. Then I brought out the first one and it was no longer zeroed. So from the first time out to my safe and back to the range couple weeks later it was no better than if I had just pulled it outa the box. So as far as the dot both red and green its fine. But if it won't hold zero then you can judge that yourself.
I returned the second unit.

Been reading the reviews and had to through in my 2 cents. Wasn't expecting this sight to perform as well as it does. Yes the dot is not perfect but haven't seen one that is. If you wear glasses and all you see is a star burst, take em off and have a look. I had the same problem until I took off my glasses. Now it may not work for you depending on how bad your eyes are. My close vision sucks but can still make out a target at range. So off with the glasses and the dot is pretty clear. For under $70 I can live with "not perfect".

No matter what I do I can’t get it to not look like a starburst. Moving it up and down the rail doesn’t help. Haven’t had it to the range but not sure if I want to. It’s almost unusable. Waiting to hear back from Leapers costumer service. Get what you pay for. That’s what I get for being a cheap skate.
Cons:
- Bad dot, not the site in the pic

The dot looks like a firework burst in low light conditions but works perfectly if you’re using it during the day. Seems to hold zero fairly well, because I’ve bumped and manhandled my rifle quite a bit and I’m able to maintain 3 MOA.
Cons:
- Dot could be a little less fuzzy
Best Used for:
- hunting
- Training
- really anything

I purchased this sight wanting to know if I'd like shooting my AR with a green dot, instead of a cross hairs scope. Going into this purchase I knew I might have issues with my astigmatism. In fact I do have slight distortion of the red dot and even less with the green. I had 2 different friends look through the sight to confirm if reticle itself was skewed or if it is my eyes. It's my eyes. Both people told me both green and red reticles are clear and "dot" shaped. To prove it to myself I took photos of both reticles. It holds zero nice and solid. The turrets both have lock screws to fix it in place. I personally don't use them. QD works as it should and sight is still zeroed after take-off/re-install. It's a nice sight. Id buy it again, if I ever need to. But, it's a well made item. Should last a long time. If not, the manufacturer customer service takes care of its customers. I wish I could post the photos of both reticles, but this app doesn't appear to have a add on link.
Pros:
- Crisp dots, well made, good adjustable brightness, uses a fairly common button battery, holds zero solid.

Scope appears to be well made. This isn't the scope in the photo, but is the correct model number. Bothe the red and green dots are plenty bright. The controls are click in a very positive manner with no creep or slack. The QD mount is very easy to attach to th he rail. I haven't been to the range yet as i am still waiting for the handguard and muzzle device. I will repost after i have run a few runs through it to test the gun and the scope.
Pros:
- solid, bright dots, easy to use mount
Best Used for:
- PDW, home defense, truck gun

This item looks well built, nice looking sight but when you use it outdoor w/bright sun around sand and dirt, good luck finding the red/green dot.bought total of 2 of this item because of the reviews.probably works better on indoor range but never tried it indoors. I always thought I have great vision but not w/this sight. I guess it’s just not for me
Pros:
- Looks well built and nice looking w/covers
Cons:
- Cant see red/green dot on dirt/sand and sunny
Best Used for:
- Probably indoors but never tried it,I wont recommend using outdoors
