LEAPERS UTG GEN REINFORCED CLAMP-ON BIPOD
this bi-pod is well made and easy to install. You can buy cheaper but not better for attaching the bi-pod to the barrel of the gun. I tried several other bipods and they were loose and flimsy when mounted. The one to avoid is the kind that mounts to a bayonet lug. I found out the hard way that bayonet lugs come in a variety of sizes and for a bipod to fit snug you have to be lucky. The bipod I purchased definitely does the trick.
Amazing bipod for the Money
I bought this as an extra to have should we go to the range and be short a bag or someone needs a little more support to sight in new optics. I Installed this on SKS and it fits perfectly around the cleaning rod and can be installed between the bayonet and gas tube. Groups in 3inch at 100yds isn’t hard with this little bipod.

This series is extremely versatile
Relatively low-cost barrel-mounted bipods are not easy to locate, except in the Leapers UTG range of economy barrel mounted bipods, which fit a range of uses, and are the simplest of all units to fit or remove. I just don't get the machinations of the stud-mounted types or the other variations. Just stick it on your barrel, tighten it up and go. That's better!
