Main reason for buying this is to provide metal reinforcement for plastic Picatinny rail molded into the Winchester Wildcat .22LR semi-auto rifle plastic receiver.

Main problem is no instruction were provided in the package. You have to contact the manufacturer for this.

Design seems good. You can see the plastic rear sight through the rectangular space in the UTG rail. Rectangular reinforcements in the rail lock into plastic Picatinny slots to prevent movement.

Best not to overtighten screws to prevent distorting plastic Picatinny rail. Use blue loctite on screws. Tighten just enough to stop any movement of aluminum rail if a telescopic sight is mounted. Stick with lighter weight and compact design scopes. Good idea is to spray plastic rail with Armor-All or similar plastic protectant. Let it soak in for 24 hrs, then wipe dry. Before installing UTG rail. Gives plastic extra protection from exposure to sunlight and other outdoor conditions. Keeps UTG rail from coming loose unexpectedly.

UTG rail is not bad for the price.

build quality looks good. Looks better on my gun than I was expecting. Definitely going to be using up all that in my way on the bottom edge now I enjoy it because it raises the scope up a little bit which makes my chin placement a little bit more normal on my 6 mm arc gas gun

Works great. Mine gave my rifle 21.5 moa of additional adjustment. Very very solid mount with three good torque screws but not crazy heavy. Totally worth the $17 i paid for it. Would buy again if I nedd more moa or height on a scope
