This is a neat little scope for a vintage rifle. I am putting mine on a 1879 Steven’s .22lr, tip-up rifle that I am restoring. The optics are clear and bright, the windage and elevation adjustments are firm and positive. It is hard to find fault with this scope.
Pros:
- Everything mentioned above.
Cons:
- A little pricey for a 6x fixed scope
Best Used for:
- Vintage rifles such as Stevens favorite, etc. would look a little odd on a modern rifle.
