Leupold Backcountry Cross-Slot Rings
Fit and finish is as you would expect from Leupold. Great product from a great company! The are not an ultra light solution but still better than most. In my application, the only improvement I would make would be to include a simple tool that would allow you to tighten or loosen the mount for easy scope/ring removal. I would buy again.
Loop rings look good and worked very well
Excellent product at a decent price I would recommend this product

Leupold BackCountry Cross-Slot Rings, 1in Med
OP recommend these rings, in lieu of the vortex I ordered. Vortex were out of stock. These were about $120. They were advertised as picatinny style rings. Upon receiving them, I see they are duel picatinny/weaver. Meaning there is a lot of wiggle room in the slots. Will they work, yes. I have several precision sets of rings, including Tally and badger ordinance. Whoever set the price point on these, missed the mark. IMHO.
Pros:
- They are universal.
Cons:
- WAY Over Priced
- Way overpriced and not straight picatinny style.
Best Used for:
- Exactly as I did, rimfire only.

Solid Rings
Pretty basic rings. I always tend to match the brand of scope and rings I install. As long as they are good quality rings, no cheap ones.

Great for M1A SOCOM 16
Purchased these rings for my Springfield Armory SOCOM 16 M1A. Great quality as expected from Leupold. Great cheek and eye releif from them. haven't had to reposition when shooting the rifle. Paired great with the Leupold VX-Freedom Scout 1.5-4x28mm (175074). Would highly recommend for scout scopes with 30mm end.

Nice Rings
Worked very well. I put these on a ruger American predator gen 2 and mounted a 50mm scope. There is plenty of room between the scope and the barrel. And they are rock solid.

quality rings
Great rings, make sure to torque per specs and use a scope and muzzle level when installing to ensure long range accuracy

Leupold Quality
Purchased to use in conjunction with a Leupold Fx-II ultralight fixed power scope. Rings are minimalistic and lightweight, but also strong. I only used the rings as a mock up, so I cant speak towards durability. But first impressions were great, and I'd be surprised if they didnt last or perform well. Finish is nice, and I like the torx hardware that's included. They even supplied a torx key for those who may not have the tooling.
Pros:
- Weight
- Hardware and installation tool included.
- finish and accuracy
Cons:
- None
Best Used for:
- hunting
- Target & Competition Shooting
Would recommend: Yes
