Most Helpful Positive Review Excellent Optics
These binoculars are light and exceptionally clear. Easy to focus with just one hand. Will definitely recommend to anyone. Very nice exceptionally bright and clear optics. I have a friend who has some $1300 Zeiss binoculars and these give up nothing in comparison. I compared them to some Nikon Action Extreme 8x40's porro prism that a friend has and these are noticeably brighter and clearer, and cost half as much. They are light yet feel very well built. The packaging also says that these are fully multicoated glass and phase coated prisms. This is one deal with the rebate that can't be miss...

Hunting Binocs

These optics have excellent clarity but are slightly heavy (which I knew when I purchase the two sets) but being 42mm I could not bring them in close enough with the lenses covers on due to the rubber ring to see through. I had to take the covers completely off to see properly. So beware as you purchase larger diameter optics realization the impact the distance between your eyes will have. I would recommend them.
Pros:
  • Clarity, light transmission
  • rubberized coating
Cons:
  • Weight, a little heavy
  • rubber lense covers a problem
  • difficult to adjust for smaller faces
Best Used for:
  • Hunting woods to clear cuts
  • Hunting early and late when deer are active.

Binoculars

The binoculars are crisp clear. I have not had any trouble with the binoculars fogging up. The reason for the four rating is two fold. First the binoculars took a little time to get used to trying to adjust to get a full circle with the focus. Secondly, the caps on the end to cover the bottom of them are made to stay on but keep coming off.
