Not enough elevation

This scope is well made and has very good glass. However what they don’t advertise is you are only allowed one rotation of the elevation dial due to the zero stop. It’s unfortunate to spend almost a thousand dollars and get a scope that will only dial 14.5 moa. There’s really no point in a 30mm tube when u can barely make any adjustments. It’s just added weight and misdirection from leupold. For everyday hunting use it will work well. But if your looking for a scope you can shoot long range at the range with, or have the ability to stretch it past 800yrds I’d go with another scope, and frankly, another company.

Leupold hits the mark

Paired this with my Tikka T3X 270 SS and the LU-MT-BCKNT-171116 mounts. Rough sight hd me on paper and dialed in with 12 rounds. I'm impressed with the clarity of the optics with evening light overall feel, The CDS system is a nice addition and value added system.

Great Scope

It’s Leupold so I expected it to be good but boy it’s a sweet set up on my rifle. Ordering and shipping was easy. Scope was well packaged and I was happy with the expedient shipping. The scope itself sights in easy and the zero lock is great.

Great clarity

I bought the Leupold VX3i to replace another brand’s scope on my BCM AR15. The eye relief was longer and sight box noticeably larger. The clarity and ability to acquire an image in low light was better. Overall I’d say this is a good value in the $500 range for rifle optics

Aweaome AR15 or Long Range Rifle Scope!!

First off, it’s Leupold glass. Clarity and quality of the image when looking through are incredible. When I was originally looking, I wanted a scope that had decent mid range magnification and still lightweight. This scope fit the bill. Had it mounted on my AR15 first and then switched it over to my Weatherby Vanguard .308. It’s is amazing on both platforms. Just buy it, you won’t regret it.

Great Scope

I got this for my wife and she loves it. Very clear optics and the scope gathers more light than her previous one so things can be seen much better with very little light. It was easy to sight in and the zoom power going all the way to 14 is very nice too.

All I can say is wow! first leupold I’ve owned and I love it. Very clear and tracking is great. Will be switching over my remaining vortex scopes to leupold. Fit finish and feel just seem much better. I find the color much brighter than my vortex Hst

Leupold scope

Leupold scopes are the best there is. Have used them for over forty years for hunting, target shooting, and in competition. This scope with the Boone and Crockett reticle is ideal for deer hunting. There are other scopes that are much more expensive, but none with the quality of a Leupold

Leupold VX-3i 4.5-40x44mm

This is a very nice little scope. It is a very clear piece of glass. It’s on a Ruger American Predator in .308 and shoots very nicely. Highly recommended for those looking for a quality hunting scope without breaking the bank.

Just what I needed on this rifle

The best power range for my area. Excellent for 50-200 yard whitetail and black bear hunting. The 40mm objective on a 30mm scope allows it to be mounted lower than the usual 50mm objective. This will help getting a good cheek weld on a medium to high recoil rifle like a 35 Whelan.
